Volunteers needed for Children’s Ministry

We would like to provide a Kid’s Church (official name to be determined) each Sunday following the Children’s Message. To do this, we will need two volunteers each Sunday. All materials will be provided and will consist of coloring activities, stories, DVDs, etc. (similar to mini-VBS lesson.

The best part is that you will NOT need to prepare a lesson! This will offer a better worship experience for parents of youngsters, as well as providing a learning experience for our toddlers and elementary kids.

We need two volunteers per Sunday, and the class would last roughly one-half hour. If we get enough sets of volunteers, each set would only need to serve once every few weeks. Think and pray about this and consider doing your part in helping teach our young ones about Jesus.

Also, according to safe sanctuary guidelines, relatives should not teach together. Contact Kim in the church office (782-0543) or sign up in the Narthex. Once we see how many volunteers
we have, we can determine a schedule that would work for everyone.
